Guitarist

“My first impressions are: longer sustain, greater accuracy, intonation is sharper, flexibility is greater without change. The most important advantage of Titanium saddles is greater service from the instrument that is using them. There is also a closer relationship to the artist’s needs—sustain, intonation, etc.”

One of the greatest jazz guitarists of all time, he made his debut in 1963 after being discovered by Les Paul, and played in various session works. However, he retired in the 80's due to memory loss caused by a brain aneurysm, but made a miraculous comeback in 1987 with the album "THE RETURN". One of his main guitars now is a Gibson Custom Sunburst with a KTS PR-06set. "It supports the very thick 16-58 strings very well...", said Kirk Yano, his guitar tech.
